Fun facts about worms: If you time it right you can get a worm to eat a giant. Your welcome & good luck! Also the worm tries to predict your movement so your 'suppose' to make a random turn to bait them incorrectly but if the worm is interrupted by certain surroundings like large rocks, it can reset the prediction and get you killed.

According the the Worm log, you should retrace your steps when a Worm is around. Everytime I'm outdoors I save sprint a Worm nearby/rumbling where I immediately 180 and sprint. Usually works, but large rocks have been an issue. You can live onto of large boulders until it moves away though

The Worm is actually really easy to avoid. As soon as you hear the audio queue for the faint rumbling just change directions and sprint. The Worm only attack on the path and direction of when you hear it start.

Im pretty sure titan spawns like 3k loot per day so if u get everything in 3 days, its like ~9k so its very far from the highest possible quota

You can get over 6k but you have to play very well the entire game and save enough loot. 7k sounds possible as well but you would basically need to clear the entire map every time I feel

​​@@isaacyim536non of the mods affect loot, they have more company which increases player limit and ship scan which tells him an accurate amount of what their scrap is worth, flashlight key bind mod that lets them press f to turn it off and on, I think skinwalker mod that makes creatures say audo clips the game records of your friends. Basically some QoL changes that run like a pseudo vanilla

By the way, if you get a worm you should drop everything you have, then run one way and do a complete 180 and run as fast and far as you can that direction, the worm predicts your direction so you have to do a 180.

You can actually dodge the worm! The worm is programmed to predict your movement by following the direction you’re going, so you have to turn around and run when the ground begins to rumble.

The death penalty is just a fixed percentage if someone dies, but it adds 20% to that if u dont recover the body, so that is why you always lose money when a person dies unless you are already broke

It slightly triggers me that Insym does not seem to bother to bring the items he finds to exit and just drops them at random places or gives the task to other people. I feel like if everyone were to bring the stuff back as they find it, they could perform better. But since I am no expert, can anyone give me some input on the validity of my triggerdness? Also what do these numbers mean at the end of the day where it says 1000/1200? The number the ship scans is 4000, so it is not the same value the planet is supposed to have? I guess 1000 is collected but what would the 1200 be?

Really depends on the situation, but most of the time you do not want to bring loot further into the compound. Picking up loot and leaving it in door ways or somewhere obvious, can also act as a bread crumb for you to follow back. So instead of exploring briefly, filling up on the first loot you see, and leaving, only to have to explore further once you get back. You skip this by moving loot to obvious areas like doorways and center of room, and then exploring A LOT. This gets you to know your section of the map and see where more of the loot is. And if you have enough tm8s, then you can simply tell them where the loot is or have them follow and pick up obvious loot. Think of Insym as scouting and mapping his sector. The way he plays puts more responsibility on him to know where monsters are and how to get back. I have seen multiple scenarios where he is fighting monsters or leadings his fellow assets back to the exit. There is not a lot if any communication on what they are doing, so it seems like he isn't being a team player. I myself, have experienced many situations where I have seen players miss loot hiding in corners or within objects. So picking them up and putting them somewhere within easy line of site, just makes it easier to ensure someone can grab it on the go. Instead of SEARCHING for loot later on, you simply just pick it up as it happens to be in your path. Search while exploring, pick up while retracing. That is how I see it at least, hope that helps.
