Anyone else notice that’s after u light or dodge in offensive stance and u change your gaurd it won’t let you throw the kick or grab for a solid few seconds, and if u spam it it’ll just guardbrake after a while on nothing, I wanna use him more after this rework but this is character breaking for me

Kick is fast, feintable, unpunishable by guardbreak, and guarantees a heavy…. Forward dodge grab can grab from off screen. Offensive lights still have enhanced property. Chain heavy flicker tech still exists. I hate the devs

Hes great but i wished they would've given him an opener and reduce his offensive stanse guard switch (300 ms guard switch is terrible) Also he now has a bug where if you offensive light then guard switch and kick, the kick will be a gb...

He's in a much better spot now than he was for the last..... Entirety of his existence in For Honor. Sincerely, a "casual as fuck" Rep 68 Highlander. I've been saying he needs a rework for around 4 years, but then I stopped talking about it because I was CONVINCED the devs were going to ignore his issues forever. I'm GRATEFUL they gave us ANY kind of rework for Highlander AT ALL

it is the most busted rework in history, Who tf cares about no superior lights, his offensive stance is busted enough able to dodge 4 attacks in one button push...this is before the rework and now he can dodge attack while in offensive basically have an infinite combo where he has 0 gb vulnerability, gets a free heavy after gb which is beyond broken with the amount of damage he does, has retarded range, i frames, recovery cancel attacks now...i don care who you are, its real fun playing as him, but its not fun fighting against this reowrk...NO ONE HAS FUN FIGHTING THS not even the other highlanders because its unfair. I used to respect highlander he had a skill gap, a learning curve, required some damn decent reads, lil bit of timing but he was still an s tier character all around...Now HE IS LITERALLY just pirate 2.0 combined with beserker I dont know what the devs were thinking when they made this but i have never ssaid this before if could i would absolutely beat the day breaks out of the whole ubi soft dev team for this but legally i cant but i now think about it...this is the most unfun rework to deal with, this is more unfun then dealing with jorms rework when it was first released...there was a damn big reason highlander was not made like this and this is the reason, Its not fun to fight against and takes 0 effort to do any thing with him now, hes now just a basic cookie cutter op meta character that has now in game the most busted kit possible...I have 0 respect for highlander and if you like the rework please check your self into the nearest mental facility...and before you argue would you be okay if shugoki could do what highlander can now or hito...would you be okay with that level of bs?

this is an invalid argument when afeera//varangian/shinobi exist in their current state - it isn't the HL rework you're complaining about, it's really the state of the game you're alluding to. So take it easy, let people enjoy HL so what he's a little strong. Remember it's a game after all. Take care
