Ans-2 MMR Maternal mortality rate is no. of female die per 1000 birth of children . Recent sample survey of India report show India's progress in reducing MMR and state like keral ,karnataka and maharashtra top the list in decling MMR where as state like UP ,bihar are worst performing state. There are various measures contributed to its success : 1- Increase in female literacy and education is one of the most important factors in state like kerala in providing proper nutrition, health etc . 2- National health programe and various mortality and infant programme like Laqash ,roshan abhyan ,PM martitive suraksha abhyan play significant role in providing primary health services and financial assistance to poor women to avail basic services during pregnancy. 3- Access of better medical facility and primary health care through Ayushan bharat card also contribute to reduce MMR. 4- National nutrition mission ,fit India movement play significant platform to access better nutrition. 5- Awarness ,vaccination during pregnancy help in reducing MMR.

Credit rating is a financial indicator to potential investor of debt security such as bond.rating agency changed its outlook for India's sovereign rating baa2 to negative from stable holding. The rating are aaa,b,cc risk quality of bond assign by moody,standard and poor,Fitch . Moody say govt need to take initiative to improve its economic infrastructure.contineous low growth in indian economy,unemployment,crisis in automobile industry,global economy war had impact indian economy adversely. in accordance with moody project deficit will slip to 3.7 percent of GDP. although govt come forward and took initiative such as cut in corporate tax up to 1.45 lakh crore ,stimulus investment and enhance expenditure in market,but more need to be done to improve economic situation

MMR is defined as no of registered maternal death due to live birth or pregnancy related complication per 100000 register live birth.according to latest sample registration system MMR reduce from 130 per lakh live birth in 2014-16 to 122 per lakh live birth in 15-17.india maintaining a pace and improving MMR .11 states have reduce MMR below 100 in accordance with national health policy 2017. Aspirational district and intersectional action help in reducing MMR and benefit marginalised and vulnerable section.govt took following initiative scheme under national health scheme 1.laqshya 2.poshan abhiyan 3.pm surakshit matritva abhiyan 4.pm matrva vandana yojna 5.janani Shishu Suraksha karyakram 6.swakshit matritva aashwasan- provide medicine for pregnant women, iron folic provided under scheme,one check up during first trimester,tetanus diphtheria injection provided under this scheme. Up and mp are far behind in reducing MMR it gradually increased in these state.state govt need to take a initiative to perform well and improve situation in these state and competition approach within state should be developed to overcome the challange.

These are ideology for example Right wing preference-Nationalism, pro capitalist, pro industrialist, country first for example Hitler in Germany, Trump in USA & India. Left wing says- Nationalization of resources, proletariat friendly, mass appealing. for example erstwhile USSR, Republic of China, in India Left rule W.B earlier & currently in Kerala. as far as terrorism is concern, terror or terrorist neither have religion nor have ideology. They are indoctrinated with radical & extremist ideas & attain Nirvana, Moksha or Jannat.
