THIS IS MY HOMEWORK :- A POOR WOODCUTTER LIVED IN A VILLAGE. EVERYDAY HE CUTTED THE WOODS IN THE FOREST AND SOLD THEM FOR HIS SURVIVAL. ONE DAY WHEN HE WAS CUTTING THE WOODS HIS AXE GOT DROPPED INTO THE NEAR BY POND. THE WOODCUTTER BECAME SAD BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAD ANOTHER AXE. THEN SUDDENLY AN ANGEL CAME OUT FROM THE POND AND PROMISED TO HELP THE WOODCUTTER. SHE BRING OUT A GOLDEN AXE FROM THE POND AND ASKED THE WOODCUTTER "IS THIS YOUR AXE?" "NO, THIS IS NOT MY AXE" HE ANSWERED HONESTLY. THE ANGEL GOT IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY AND GAVE HIM GOLDEN AND SILVER AXE WITH THE OLD ONE. THE WOODCUTTER BECAME HAPPY AND RETURN TO THE HOME. Seeing his honesty, the fairy gave him the gold, silver and his old axe. The woodcutter was very happy and returned to his home .
