Good evening sir, as per my previous commitment, today I watched this editorial session as your organization usually closed on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Motivational quote is “If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way." Editorial is concerning to the ruling Government (Executive) Vs the Supreme Court (Judiciary). In editorial - Imposing unplanned lockdown by the Government across the Country shows two aspects among the people of the country. A large number of people gathered to the stores to purchase daily house hold items even they are scaring how long it will impose. Second, fake news are also trending on social media, it will be for three months and due to which several migrant workers are too nervous. During the pandemic, where most of the people especially poor who are surviving their lives in rural area are facing a lot of problems with this contagious virus in which there is a duty of the Supreme Court to ask the ruling Government about which types of planning they have done to stop the spreading of virus. Given, the current situation of the virus, the Supreme Court finally asked the Government about their planning. Besides, it has been instructed the administration to adopt loyal behavior with people. The Supreme Court also instructed media to disclose official data instead of other things. The Supreme Court agreed with the proposal of the Solicitor General of India regarding disclosing daily bulletin to clear doubt of the people while it has been refused the proposal of Government related to publishing of news after getting approval from the Government. In my notion:- It is true that the Government imposed lockdown, giving little time to the people and due to which they are still facing much problems. The whole things happend due to the lack of planning and coordination with the states. The police must provide aid as well as to maintain loyal behavior with rural people. Media is the main key of our country which usually try to communicate the actions which have been done by ruling Government. But currently they are doing opposite. Being a responsible citizen of India, it is our duty to forward anything on social media after examining it otherwise we will liable to be prosecuted as per law. People have much trust on the Supreme Court but its action is below satisfactory. It also appears that the Judiciary which is a independent body, working under the command of ruling Government. The Supreme Court should have instructed the Government to provide the plans regarding coronavirus wherby losses of lives could be prevented.
