Mug up from newspaper social media may not accurate the real cause of issue s we know how jndian media works . High Court has no power to enlist a community in ST status and manipur HC didn't passed such order to the state govt. High asked the state govt if to take necessary steps the final decision of inclusion is not in the hands of state govt and high court it's upto central govt and ST commission if meeteis meet the necessary guideline to enlist in the ST yes ST is given to meeteis if not they denied. Demanding ST is the right of any community under constitution it is not against any community. Ok let's keep aside if it was the cause of present situation why silent others tribes why only kuki that was the soliditary rally against ST organised by ALL TRIBAL ASSOCIATION including nagas but before 1pm all the hill areas ended the protest with peace but why only on churachanpur by using sofiscated weapons they started burned the houses of meeteis in churachanpur. Why not nagas join peacefull protest is ok in democracy but using AK 47 in Peace rally is what..?? This is not fake proof is there. It is no more a communal conflict it is a threat in internal security using drone bomb and even missile attack in civilian. Is it communal conflict ..? Where is law in Churachanpur even DC OFFICE FOREST OFFICE were burnt down highway loot by kuki insurgency in the name of SOO where is ground rule of SOO cadre .why they continue recruite new members even if SOO is there. How they accured US , Chinese, Russian made weapons . Is it communal conflict..?? Where is houses of meeteis in churachanpur moreh Senapati all were bulldozed but yes there is some damage in the house of kuki in imphal but they remain intake and guarded by security forces just now come and see if needed. Go to churachanpur and moreh or see on Google map there is no houses in that area. It's an sensitive issue. Justice of manipur crisis is the need of the hour . An independent commity comprise of retired Supreme Court judge is necessary to give justice is meeteis fault meetei will get what they had done if kukis found wrong kuki will get. Justice for manipur should be one voice for all the Indians. We are Indians manipur is Indian. Trace the history of kuki conflict in past and from where they come. Who cultivated poppy see the hills of kuki inhabited area why they were against the NRC if they are tuly Indians. See who is guarding the territory of manipur fromm 33 AD . Read about the genesis of conflict plz be noted they are trying to create a separate Christian country by carving some lands from manipur bangladesh and Myanmar. This is no more communal conflict it is threat to the nation. Meeteis never claim manipur is only for meeteis. We want united manipur not only in Territory but also in historical.long live manipur Indians should raised voice for the justice of manipur crisis 😢❤❤❤

Sir I have a question. May I get it's answer? The question is " Why the formation of Goa needed an constitution amendment that is 57 th CAA of 1987 " As formation of a state can be done by parliament by law with simple majority.

Goa was intially Union territory right from UT to statehood I think it requries constitutional amendment

Because back then our Constitution didn't have the provision for incorporating a colony (Goa was a Portuguese colony) as a UT/State. That provision was made through the 57th CAA. Correct me if I'm wrong 😊

Sir, I have a doubt in the Himachal Pradesh defection case... If that voting was not deemed as the proceeding of the house, so then can they be disqualified as then their actions outside (because voting is not proceeding of the house) the house is against the party. 🤔
