The Hinsons Sing "Joy Comes In The Morning".

I was there the night this video was recorded in Tulsa Oklahoma. It was their last time to sing together, as a family, in Tulsa. As they sang this song, the power of God hit that building! It was amazing! Dear Christian people I knew were going through severe trials at the time, began to rejoice! People began to shout, and run the aisles of the Mabee Center. It was wonderful! You can feel it, as you watch this video.

What else can anyone say except that I can't wait to get over on the other side and have a great time asking Kenny to sing, "Just one more". Since back in the mid seventies, when I first heard the Hinsons sing "The Lighthouse" they have been my all-time favorite singers. I ordered a 33 LP from the Mull's Singing Convention via WWL radio, New Orleans. I wore that record out. One more thing I love to get with my mom, my bros, and my wife and sing these great songs; the same Holy Spirit comes down!

This was the only video that was ever made public, from the "One More Hallelujah Tour" It was recorded by promoter, Frank Arnold, & later released through Calvary Records as, "The Hinsons; One More Hallellujah, LIVE from Tulsa!" I was there that night. :-) Not being professionally shot, the quality is not the best; but it shows exactly what a night that was!

Thanks Watermelonridge for your information. My wife and I have been enjoying the Hinsons since Ronny wrote that great song "The Lighthouse" in the early to mid 70's. Even though I am Baptist by denomination; me thinks we Baptists could learn a lot from Pentecostals when it comes to Gospel Music!!

1993, their One More Hallelujah Tour. They had reunited to do another tour together and Kenny was diganosed with cancer and the remainder of the tour was canceled.

This was from their "One More Hallelujah Tour'. There was professional recoding planned; unfortunately the tour cut short due to Kenny's illness. A sound guy did record what we have of the concert footage we have. So glad to be able to visualize Kenny praise one last time. A truley gifted voice. In Heaven's choir.
