The Original Hinsons (Kenny, Ronnie, Larry, & Yvonne) Sing Their Signature Song Taken From Their "One More Hallelujah Tour" (1993) Performed Live In Marion, Illinois. This Tour Was Their First Since Disbanding In 1988.

I was there that night. I don't think I'll ever forget that night. The presence of God was so strong that you would have thought Heaven came down to Marion that night.

I think this is the first time I ever saw Kenny singing without a smile the whole time. Love this video and miss Kenny and the Hinson's so much.

In Larry Hinsons's book about Kenny, "Living With A Legend", he tells of Kenny leading the group in prayer and singing for an hour before they went on stage during their One More Hallelujah tour. He said they were all very emotional very annointed because of it.

@caswell1000 I was one of the promoters for the Marion concert and as far as I knew Kenny had not been diagnosed yet. He found out sometime around NQC that year. My husband videotaped this concert for me as I usually missed parts of concerts working the ticket stands, etc...Calvary records took my video and part of the Oklahoma tour and put on VHS. I have since had the VHS put on DVD. This concert tour was priceless to me. Both my kids have a DVD of the complete concert that night.

I notice Ronnie, Yvonne and Larry are very emotional. I assume they were made aware of Kenny's cancer. Kenny seems like the BIG brother protecting his own. What an exceptional family and examples of christianity. God Bless All the Hinsons, Gwen

@caswell1000: How well I remember when this song was recorded initially. At that time my wife and I both had recently became Born Again Christians. We loved "The Lighthouse" at that time; and STILL love that song today. I also personally love to TRY singing this song in Church. Thank you for listening.

I love this song. Kenny was the best and he is surely missed, God needed him in heaven and Kenny must be in that Heavenly choir. I know he is dearly missed, but one day we will see him. God Bless You, Gwen Weaver

Look at the way Kenny's brothers and sister are acting. They're crying. Why? Did they already know about Kenny's cancer? He gave it all he had. His last recorded singing was on a Gaither recording of "The Lighthouse". Yes , Kenny gave it all he had, all on the stage and all for God. Praise God!!!

@earnestbass1: I am not positive; but I believe I purchased from Bill Gaither back in late 90's. Was so long ago; I had to purchase in VHS Format. I personally converted format from VHS to DVD. Not sure if I am supposed to say this but it is now possible to download to your Computer Hard Drive any KZbin Video posting and make your own DVD. Calvary Records sold the VHS. My husband recorded this for my personal use as I was one of the promoters. Nelson with Calvary Records used it with the understanding proceeds would go to Kenny's medical bills.

Gwen Weaver According to another video, l believe so. He found out about hi cancer right after they began this last tour. It really had to be hard for them to realize they would soon be losing their beloved Brother!!! Their faith in the Lord gave them hope of singing with him once again in that Heavenly Choir !!!! Won't it be a wonderful time???

Jeanette Oglesby God is there in the Valley and on the Mountain tops! Probably Kenny is even more loved now then when he was on the Earth! Our trials come to make us stronger and God knows best! After losing two infant daughters I sang on television the wonderful song called we’ll talk it over in the bye and bye, we’ll talk it over my Sweet Lord and I, I’ll ask the reasons and then he’ll tell me why, when we talk it over in the bye and bye!

According to Ronny Hinson they did not Kenny was sick until later. This was Kenny's last concert.

I don't think so caswell, my understanding is, yes he had the cancer but he didn't know it until he became sick while on this tour and then they had to cancel the remaining dates.
