Uhh.. well that's actually pretty convoluted. It started out as the T28 Tank destroyer, then became the T-95 self-propelled gun and finally became the T-28 heavy tank. Though, through all the variants it still looked the same as the Tier IX version in WoT (Which I assume you are getting your data from) and the Tier 8 version was just drawn up before the extra tracks were added to handle the weight.

There's actually a good explanation in-universe: the school used to have an active team, but it was disbanded years ago and they sold most of the tanks. The ones the girls find are the leftovers that were too difficult to retrieve or fix up given the pennies they'd sell for, but now they're desperate and will take whatever they can get.

Well the 37 mm Gun can knock out a Tiger only at the rear. In 1944 during the Battle Of the Bulge an American M8 Greyhound light reconnaissance vehicle knocked out a Tiger II AUSF B (H) hitting it in the rear. So not that impossible.I

I cannot say for certain as have not researched it. Ship camoflauge is more my thing. Im relatively new to tank camoflauge. Only reasons I can think of are: Sand is yellow and sky is blue. At a distance in the daytime the desert sun would produce the shimmer effect. Where the sand and sky on the horizon would mix up a bit. So it may have been an attempt to hide them against that. Conversely much ship camoflauge was not designed to hide the ship but hide its direction of travel and speed. Thus making range finding difficult. At first people believed tank warfare in the desert would be akin to naval warfare due to the relatively flat surface. So they may have been following the idea of breaking up the tanks outline to make it harder to hit. But the drawback there is the flight time of rounds in tank warfare relative to the speed of the target was much less (particularly a slow mover like the matilda mkii) which would negate this tactic to a large extent. So could be either or I'm not entirely sure.

After he got back to the US he tried to call the line again and got through, he also talked a little with the demon but this time he was charged over 1000$. He asked the phone company why and was told that in the US it count as international call, but in the soviet union it was just local rate. and the hotline to hell here symbolized 2 things, one is that the US had direct communication with the soviet union despite depicted it as evil (the red telephone for example), and the other is that the US was spying on the soviets.

If, let’s suppose, Pravda gets matched with the Italians. The gunner in the KV-2 takes aim on a Carro Armato CC V3 tankette’s side, fires, lobbing a 152 mm she’ll into the side. That carbon covering definitely will not save those 2 poor Italians and the shell will probably leave nothing to even bury

I've talked with some guys who've worked in both British and American moter pools and both report "suspicious" wear patterns on tank tracks. Dropping the fluff they had sideways wear patterns that could only come from drifting the tank. So yes you can drift a _modern_ tank and the guys in the motor pool totally will not rat you out... but IRL on the sherman the 75mm m3 does shoot faster than the 17pnder. the Sherman 75 can fire at an incredible 20rpm due to light shells, wide room and good ergonomics, the 17pndr being much larger and sideways is a bitch to load and as a result only has about 8-10rpm.

Its actually explained in the setting information. As per the rules of the sport, engines(Combustion engines, in fact) are to be historical, but electrical systems on the tanks had to be updated to modern standards for safety purposes, and there wasn't really an exception for machines like the Porsche Tiger(There weren't much electric motor driven tanks during the time and its generally a bad idea to use it since its unreliable anyway), and they exploited the loophole to give it a modern electric motor which of course gave it ludicrous speed when they overclock the motor.

junsengjs That still doesn't make sense. They'd have to re-engineer, manufacture, and field test an entirely new transmission for their new engine, otherwise the existing one would break the moment they went past the tank's default top speed.
