Hidan and Kakuzu would still do they thing, looking for new followers and bounty hunting all around the shinobi world despite Pain and Konan winning, I believe they won't cared that much because of Obito manipulation tactics. Sasori and Deidara would just wanders around too as well arguing about they arc and who's better, at the end one of them probably understand one another soon enough after couple years of fighting and killing anyone who's near. Itachi wouldn't allow all those to happened and tries to stop Pain in shadows of course. Kisame would stick with the leader or fight his own partner Itachi for the sake of his loyalty to the Akatsuki, it is would be interesting storyline for me to see Itachi and Kisame fighting once again.

Honestly, Nagato wasn’t wrong. The original akatsuki had no bad intentions but to make peace and stop wars. They were given the opportunity but was ambushed, Killing Nagato childhood friend, darn-near brother, in the process. So Nagato realized that some people just gonna have to be killed to reach peace. Nagato’s Akatsuki didn’t see what this “peace” meant. They all had different definitions and this is why I felt they were taken down. They didn’t have that Determination like Nagato did. Sasori got killed by a Grandma, Deidara blew himself up, Obito was thirsting over an eyeball, killed Konan, and then left the Akatsuki, Itachi got killed by his 16 yr old brother, Pain got killed by a 16 yr old Jinchuriki when he wasn’t even using Kurama’s chakra even though HE had six paths power, Then Nagato killed himself. Kisame was getting bullied by Might Guy, and Zetsu was going to commentate random fights. They were all over the place.
