you forgot the new giulietta and mito wich arfe pretty important in alfas history aswell. MiTo was a cute car that sold well in europe and brought the company some money and so the they could make the giuliettas and start prioritising safety. The giulietta was the safest car of its year even better then the volvos and even itoday its a tank of crash safety compared to most monder cars just loosing stars because it has no sensors for stopping. But the safety aspect continued to giulia and stelvio which where aso on top of the charts. Making Alfa the most sefest to drive car company

I bought a 164 new in 1994 with the 24v V6 engine and owned it for 24 years with only about 63,000 miles before having to sell it to make room for a Giulia 🍀. This was not a popular car in the U.S. as stated in the video and no special versions were built exclusively for here. In fact versions were made in Europe and Japan that may have helped sell more cars if sold here.

Beethovens IX symphony is inappropriate here, IMO. Its nowdays identified with EU (rotten) structures, and Alfa should be seen as exceptionally Italian national asset :) thanks for the video btw, its nice

The badge. On the left side we have the insigna of municipality of Milan (Mediolanum in latin is like Midland) of 12th century. On the right the Visconti Dukes insigna of 14th century. It's not a drake, but a big snake with a man in its mouth. It came from an old legend that took about a big snake living in the swamp around Milan and eating people.
