The reason why JDS stop selling "batIM" merch is because of the mentioned lawsuit in the video where phatmojo sued them for advertising the merch on a game they've been both working on, "Bendy in nightmare run". Not only did they stop selling the merch, but they also had to shut down all the servers in "BINR", making the game totally unplayable.

phatmojo sued because joey drew studios thought showdown bandit would get more traction so phatmojo mass produced figures and other merch but when showdown bandit wasnt a huge success phatmojo sued for a huge waste of materials and time
