It's good to see this channel back and to see you bring more attention to Fireman. It's a shame it wasn't appreciated by audiences at the time. 1973 is tied with 1987 as my favourite year for tokusatsu, mostly down to Tsuburaya Pro releasing three great series in one year.

This was shown in the Philippines in the early 90's, we were still very young back then, but still his transformation sequence is vividly remembered. Shown in local TV along with Ultraman.

The best of the non-Ultra 4 Kyodai(Giant) heroes of Tsuburaya. It was very serious and Dark. His eyes are as big as Black RX and Den-O. Isn’t it ironic that the First Red Ranger would be star was Fireman.

I’ve seen almost all Fireman episodes subbed except for the last one ep30. The KZbin channel Mastertyrannosaurus hasn’t subbed it in over a year and a half. I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting since then. If someone would be so kind enough to sub that final episode, I’d be VERY grateful.

The difference between Fireman and Goranger is that Fireman didn't overstay it's welcome and had better effects, plots and badies, as well as character development. Also, I hope this show gets brought over here on Blu-ray.

@hunterkline2068 Yes, but It doesn't matter how long or short the series is. Having a good narrative structure and character development is key. Tsuburaya's Fireman is just a better made show my point is. Also, Sentai is 50 years old this year or 45. If you just count the ones with the giant robots.

Fireman was popular here in the Philippines, renamed to Magmaman in our local dub. It was shown back to back with Ultraman Ace every Sunday afternoon. The theme song sung by Masato Shimon is probably one of my most favorite tokusatsu theme.

It's a shame that ABS-CBN got screwed by fake classics in the 2020s. They should've bring these archives Batang 90s remembered instead of what we got. Where's this? Where's Super Sentai? Where's Ultraman? Where's Koseidon? The world may never know. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
