George is a iconic character regardless on how he was depicted in the show and the railway series. Since the pack made it's way into this video, why not that or maybe Sir Topham Hatt's personal vehicle that blue car.

I never liked him as a character but I remember playing with his die cast model quite a bit. Him and Bulgy both. Bertie seemed to be a little too low to the ground to roll across carpet as easily and Terrance's caterpillar tracks were always reluctant to move. Though they did move which was unusual as most tracked die cast models had fake tracks built into the mold and used an extra set of conventional wheels under the body for movement, so A for effort there.

I know that George's Basis is a slightly later steam roller but Its believed that the Rev Awdry got the idea of character who was a steam roller from The steam roller which belonged to his friend the Rev Boston. as far as its known Awdry never comfirmed where he got his idea for George from. i can't help thinking Awdry coming up with the idea after going for a ride on his friend's engine

George has to be my favorite road character in the TVS. I think George was Carlin's most natural character. However part of me is glad he didn't make it to CGI because I think he would one character that would get watered down or altered. Like Henry.

It would be great that he would return to CGI because he deserves it and he'II be his old self like Bulgy. Andrew Brenner and Micheal White would make sure of that. CGI writers has to undo water down and altered effects on Diesel 10 and restore him to old evil villainy.

Well… since we can’t see one on the express coaches, there is an engine with not much of a story to them, but have been there since the very beginning of the TV series, since season 1. The productions crew made great efforts to hide their existence. And they come from Germany.

I think you could do a great longer more in depth behind the scenes of Thomas, maybe if you wanted to keep them shorter vids, do a series of anthology type episodes which each feature a few props or locations or interesting things like that. Your narration style would suit it and it would be great along side these :D

Honestly, George was one character I never really saw on DVD as a kid, albeit in Lady Hatt's Birthday Party and Calling All Engines, though it's weird how in the latter film he was willing to help repair the runway, as even though he is one of the only steam rollers on the railway (lowkey would've been cool to bring Buster back in CAE IMO), based off of his anti-rail disposition in earlier seasons, he surely would've objected to helping with the repair of the airport's runway since he seemed to be very passionate about the downfall of the steam engines (it's possible that he went back to rebelling when he got rolling again after Bye George in Season 5) in any way possible. He wasn't really my favorite road vehicle character as a kid (Alfie, Bertie, Jack, and Terence are at least four vehicle characters I really enjoyed and still enjoy), but I have come to appreciate episodes like Bye George! as a chaotic masterpiece and one of Season 5's best conflicts.

If the crew couldn't take George's model with them to Canada for the filming of Magic Railroad, then why couldn't the model unit crew at GVFX in Toronto actually make an additional new brass model of him and still have him as part of the film. They have made two new models of Thomas and Percy when their perspex models were malfunctioning at the time, so why not with George I may never know.
