Teacher here: My kids loved this! You were able to keep their attention long enough for them to actually retain information lol! Thank you so much for a more brief history than the gosh darn documentaries. I always like these type things more.

Jillybear265 so when you posted this comment I took into consideration the idea that teachers might use these videos. There’s a new one up just today. I hope your students enjoy it!

Excellent presentation, the only dispute I have is that the Triumph bobber looks better than any Harley ever made

The beauty of the first amendment is that it’s not against the law to be completely wrong 😆😆 thanks so much for watching! I am a fan of triumph and BSA motorcycles, I actually own a Triumph bonneville but I do ride my Harley alot more

So the jeep video has disabled comments but I have driven the very first generation "Jeep" (a military willys) so this is my experience with it: It is a very rough ride offfroad, like walking with no soles in your shoes, you feel all the bumps but is was nice on the roads. Easiest way to explain it is that they ride like a tractor Edit: Came back 2 years later and fixed the grammer

THANK YOU for this comment friend! I had to turn comments on the jeep and maverick videos because there was a lot of Nazi related comments on both. Some trolls being rude to other commenters and those videos were uploaded before KZbin introduced the comment filters feature

Years ago, like50 odd, my father mentioned a Harley Davidson 10-12. A model from the '20s or '30s, I think. I can't find any reference to this model anywhere. Can anyone shine a little light on this?

1200cc was a military model made "exclusively" for the South African Union Defense Force.

Mustang II can be beautiful. I did not like them during the time I owned 2 1969 mustangs then the bluemax funny car and saw their potential mine is a 12 second car .Bikers often ask what I have under the hood

Different strokes! I think they’re hideous personally, doesn’t mean they can’t be fast. Look at the GNX. Fast as hell while subsequently ugly as soap

@@AmericanArtifacts no I just wanted to hear about the mail jeeps because I like them and there isn't much in the way of information on them unless you really go digging.

Aceystar 1 ohhh gotcha, sorry for the confusion. Yeah I didn’t really uncover anything about them other than the fact that they existed when I was doing research for that film

You claim that every other motorcycle manufacturer has 'ripped off'' the Harley design. How about the Harley Davidson XA model? A horizontal twin (boxer) with a shaft drive. Achtung! A copy of the 1941 BMW 750 . Designed mostly for dragging a side-car equipped with a belt feed machine-gun. Often seen in WW2 movies. H-D built 1000 of them, but the US Army went for the Jeep instead.
@AmericanArtifacts3 жыл бұрын
1 model? That’s the best you got? Lol thousands of models in existence are Harley clones
