Actually, many Historians talk about it when they talk about Jewish history, Slavic history, Empires history, Turkic history, Russian history and even Islamic Caliphate history. It is well-known and has many views, readers, books and videos about it. If you are talking about school history, it is because they only teach the country history, not anything else. Not to mention that school history is one of the worst sources to know about history.

Atil is on the Ural river not the Volga river. It is now Atira in Kazakhstan. I know that Bulgarian history mentioned it was on Volga river, but that is Astrakhan not Atil.

@@muhammedjaseemshajeef6781 OK so if most of europe would have been Muslim I would have probably been too beacsue romania is closer to Asia and the arabs would have probably passed from central asia or caucasia into the pontic steppe and carpathian basin or romania, but thankfully that didn't happen beacuse of khazars
