I've been fan of the Godzilla franchise since I was younger. I still like King Kong ever since I was younger as well. Godzilla belongs to Toho Company Ltd and King Kong belongs to RKO Pictures/Universal Studios. I'm very excited for Godzilla vs. Kong next Wednesday.

Nice history but wasn't it supposed to Frankenstein vs Godzilla? I always understood that some of original script remained and thats why Kong strangely received energy from electricity because that was originally supposed to be Frankenstein?

No it was always King Kong vs. Frankenstein. I guess Toho just took the idea of Frankenstein being powered by electricity and applied it to Kong.
