You know what’s funniest to me, is I absolutely found myself doing “low click” runs back when I played as a kid bc I figured: “hm, if my thumb is tired & I’m feeling lazy I can technically just hold the screen in some parts bc the consecutive jumps somehow survive the level, yup that’s what I’ll do”

Really good video man! I do have some constructive criticisms though! Try lowering the music volume a bit, or increase your microphone audio levels in your editing software you prefer. I only say this because during the video, there were some points where I had difficulty hearing what you were saying. releases are inputs
@ForcedDragon2 жыл бұрын
@@kiwi_2_official actually no, it’s only when you click/tap. holding keeps it one input until you let go and click again.
@kiwi_2_official2 жыл бұрын
@@ForcedDragon inputs are not clicks example: ship releases are taken as inputs and it is shown by playing on ship when you release from a hold (started by click or from start of level) that is an input, and it has effect on the trajectory of the icon because you are no longer going up (release makes you go down) with other game modes based on clicking, specifically cube, it still has an effect which is shown to be real, because when you stop holding (release) with cube, you stop jumping or buffering. therefore releases have an effect on the game and are also factored in by the game basically clicks are inputs because they are existent releases are inputs because they are existent

If you do click 4 frame perfectly, isn't it possible to skip click 5? I mean on that large plattform with slopes above the spikes, after the two of them you fall in this one block pit and right before hitting the next block, the section you described as "actually really simple" 0:50 can be held through to save another click... I wasn't able to replicate that yet but it's likely that I just suck at it.
