I’ve missed the magic of looking at a piece of paper and from the information on said paper, plunking out a beautiful song on a big hunk of wood and strings. And then having the blessing of being able to add my voice to this? Pure MAGIC!

The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails and Angel Dust by Faith No More are my two all time favorite albums. They are fantastic albums that really make you think and are insanely creative works of art. I would highly recommend them if you haven’t heard them and are open to some new music.

I read this article the other day and found it pretty interesting. Music was literally created for the purpose of bringing people together. It might seem somewhat "childish" when compared to more business-like functions, but its importance as it relates to the progression of humanity cannot be overstated.
