Love this idea. Real estate world is notoriously unwilling to organize their datapoints into digestible info. But in the broker world, there are two undeniable truths: 1) You didn't build the building (you're not an engineer, you're a people person); 2) You don't own the building (you aren't mr. moneybags, remember your a people person). So if market knowledge and trust is the thing that gets you paid, why surrender it? I've been in LEAD firms TR / LL meetings where new deals are scrapped off our broker blasts because of confidential information or too much information. In short, VTS and other digital RE companies will inevitably succeed, but the jump to transparency is slow and will grind itself out.
