Out of the three shows, I only remember Thundercats. I was never a big fan as I was outgrowing these kind of shows (or so I thought at the time), but my little sister loved it and we watched it together and bonded a little that way. Mumm Ra was a fascinating and compelling villain though. Totally underrated bad guy and saving grace to the show IMO. Mumm Ra, THE EVER LIVING!!! He was so evil and actually terrifying on a level that transcended a kids show.

Derivative and gaudy as this whole show is, I got to admit I love the idea. Selfish reasons of course; I have a passing interest in marine sciences, I'm fond of nautical aesthetic and themes, and mermaids are among my favorite fantasy creatures. Thundercats was the first cartoon that really hooked me as a 3-year-old or something, and also the first toyline I ever owned. With that said, I loved the 2011 cartoon and even though I completely missed the TigerSharks reference (mostly because I don't remember them) it makes me wonder *even harder* what they had in store for that then new show. This is the #1 show I've been waiting for you to review. I'm hoping someday TigerSharks & Turbo-teen gets a dvd release someday. TigerSharks is favorite show of mine.
