i had no problem with this series it was the best reboot to date and i enjoyed every episode i have this on dvd and data files watched an episode just yesturday

A good show until they screwed up the second season, removing every aspect of what made it work, to include a second lead actually negating the whole show... That first season you could ignore the overuse of mismatched stock footage, they had beautiful women in skin tight uniforms, I think thats a fair trade. A Hawkman for the Earth and time contrast, NO!

I liked it with its good natured ribbing of the original series, gobs of action and silly artwork.

It was the same here in the UK. We would watch stuff on TV, then set out to replicate it in the wider world. Build spaceships, climb trees, talk to street cats, try out superpowers, all that stuff.

I hated reading as a kid and was getting D's and F's in reading class until I discovered choose your own adventure? My teacher let me do book reports if I read the whole book. And the pizza hut free pizza helped me turn it around. Those books made me want to read when before reading books was boring. If not for these books? I'd be completely illiterate, LOL. Ha ha.
