Didn't know Fire At Will had a sequel, the PS1 game was my favorite Top Gun game.

@@orinanime I usually retro game on PS1 emu & Android DOS emu, so since Hornet's nest never made it to PS1 I have no choice but to avoid it.

I think the problem is that top gun games leaned into the "action" aspects of top gun, when they could have leaned into the actual historical lineage. A game that begins in the 1960s in Vietnam, the tutorial mission is a battle that leaves you and your wingmen frustrated. They're then sent to a new training program where the planes and pilots are upgraded. This becomes a recurring theme throughout as a series of characters experience varios late 20th century conflicts and it can intersperse characters from the series like Duke, Viper, Iceman, Maverick, and Rooster. It ends roughly where the Maverick movie begins...

Top Gun Legends is out on mobile! Though, a new Maverick game would look great on next gen consoles. I guess we'll play the Flight Sim and Ace Combat expansion DLC for now!

Idk of all of them the top gun 2010 looks the most fun. I heard it's pretty short tho, but at least it looks fun. Combat Zones was fun too. Sure, it's a bit janky but its fine. Also i cannot look away from comparison of Ace Combat Assault Horizons and Hard Lock.

The only Top Gun video game I know of is the one on original Nintendo. The rest I know. I believe are all Ace Combat.

I only know Top Gun for the orginal PS3 game and not the movie, is that weird?

To jednak jest przykre że taki Fire at Will i starocie od Konami to najlepsze gry na tej licencji. Bo nie liczę tych 5 samolotów dla Ace Combat 7. A MSFS 2020 nie jest grą akcji. Paramount powinien samodzielnie wypuścić nową grę Top Gun. I mówię to jako fanka Ace Combat i nie fanka Top Guna. Zwyczajnie chciałabym konkurencji dla Ace Combat. Za czasów xbox, game cube i ps2 był Deadly Skies/Delta Airforce a ps3 i Xbox 360 miało Hawx od Ubisoftu. Teraz jedyną konkurencją jest niezależny Project Wingman. Może i ta gra jest fajna ale jak można porównywać grę indie do giganta gatunku
