Seriously, I must have missed the protests around the world talking about how safety belts were unsafe and all the retorts of seat belt caused injuries. Then the removal of liability for making faulty seatbelts and appointment of a special seat belt court for all those hurt by seatbelts. Movements erupting all over the world to March against seat belts and insiders in the auto motive industry becoming whistle blowers to warn us of the hidden dangers. I am assuming you are funded to make this video, and if not, you should ask to get paid because yours is better than some. Note for people that have read the literature, heard the first hand accounts of injuries which is in the thousands, and more likely millions, no video clip is going to change an informed opinion. Since you know that, this is then intended to deter investigation by people that are on a journey to learn about this. My advice to those on the journey, when the sign posts tell you to turn back, they there is nothing to see here, keep going , it’s not much farther to the truth.

I mean, I disagree. Seatbelts and vaccines are two things that aren’t always talked about and you never really know if people wear them or have theirs until the conversation occurs. When it does, if people don’t wear their seatbelt people that do think “well that’s stupid” but then move on because they do wear theirs so if someone else chooses not to take that extra precaution then that’s on them. With vaccines, someone that won’t get one tells someone that is fully vaccinated that they won’t get vaccinated. Same response, that’s stupid that you wouldn’t take the extra precaution but you not doing it isn’t affecting me because I’m vaccinated. They’re also both things that have base level regulation in the eyes of the law. If you were to not wear your seatbelt, you can get a ticket because when you sign for your license you’re also signing and agreeing to follow the law. However, you can choose not to drive and this avoids the issue altogether. With vaccines, choosing not to get them can restrict your ability to travel & your ability to participate or be accepted into programs or schools that require it. Though if you choose not to travel and to homeschool or the equivalent thereof, then you avoid the issue altogether. Thirdly, the outcome of both are fairly equally crappy. In a car accident, not wearing your seatbelt can cause severe injury and even death. Choosing not to get vaccinated can lead to you getting that infection or disease, causing you to get sick or even die.

Is there an episode, especially in this series, that guides us thru the "efficacy and safety "metrics" of the vaccine (and its relativity of not taking the vaccine)", such that it establishes a framework for us to "weigh in the risk" of taking or NOT taking the vaccine? That would be helpful - it is much better than the current binary / dictonomised arguments - in so far people can make that decision based on its costs and benefits factors.

The obvious way would be to have a group taking a placebo and a vaccinated group, then compare the rates of infection between the two. But that is deemed unethical, given it's a life-threatening situation and for many diseases, the vaccine is the only option.

So far, the Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Oxford AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, and Sinopharm vaccines all have better efficacy than placebo, drastically reducing death and hospitalisations due to COVID-19. This is the point of vaccines, to reduce severity of life-threatening diseases as much as possible. When a vaccine becomes available to you, please take it for the good of yourself and of your community. And remember to keep staying safe and wearing your mask when out in public! Take care.

This is the "war on covid". It follows a similar pattern to the war on drugs and war on terror. The ulterior motives for these wars are a crackdown on civil liberties and further enrichment and empowerment for the ruling class. Demonizing people that don’t want to have an unnecessary medical procedure. Vaccine passports on the way, Covid apps in order to participate in society. This is a slippery slope.

Is there any evidence for any of your claims though? Because there is loads of evidence that vaccines are real and are really working to prevent deaths from COVID-19. Do these free thinkers look with the same amount of doubt at their own claims and the claims of the """establishment"""? Or do they reject anything that doesn't fit their worldview and try to justify it by calling "mainstream media" and "manipulation" without any evidence?

It is very informative as usual. Yet, I am not surprised there are stupid people. What I'd be more interested to hear about is whether there really are people who can not be vaccinated, why, and how many there really are. Also, is there a reason to think genetic susceptibility exists and it may affect the rationale behind vaccination (if for example, some people were not susceptible to a common disease and it, therefore, made little sense to vaccinate them? Full disclosure, I recently got an ad from the economist for an article stating genetic traits could make you either more or less susceptible to Covid. It was behind a paywall, yet, I'll take it as an example of a more personalized approach to healthcare, which was a basic tenet during the effort for the first human genome project. I was in my 20s-30s back then and 20 years later am still wondering whether this part of it worked out)

6:43 So... one of the largest group opposing the introduction of a weakened form of dangerous diseases into the body were the people who thought that introducing weakened forms of dangerous things was in general a good way to treat issues? You'd think they'd love vaccines as the one thing kinda like homeopathy that actually works, and claim it suggested the rest did even though that has no known mechanism for action.

I prefer to listen to my doctor. I mean, I'm not the one who spent 5 years in school becoming an expert in the field. Seems just a tid bit arrogant to think that I know better. Besides, they're the ones who cured my cancer, so... I feel comfortable in trusting doctors. Less so loud and scared people. They make a bad argument xD

Yeah, and the dengue fever vaccine that injured thousands and how about the swine flu vaccine that had to be taken off the market and also the first polio vaccine. How about all the FDA approved pills that have maimed or killed people that have class action lawsuits. Jump right into this folks and you can find out later if you were wrong.
