The agency's best making some of the best plays ever round after round, getting bad luck left and right as their opponent gets first turn static on every mon, gets multiple full para's to avoid insta losing, hits every hurricane, and in the climatic moment, gets a fusion into DOUBLE self it to scam his way to a victory after over 50 turns of playing shit mons.
