The legendary holy dragon Shenron lived at the bottom of the ocean, only going up to the surface in order to search for food and to take down an evil threat threatening BOTH the sea & his neighboring homeland. One day he spots a giant Phoenix eagle trying to use a giant tidal to completely drown NOT JUST his homeland but also the giant kingdom of New Brettonia V to the deepest darkest pit of the sea.
