About drinking distilled/demineralizated water: First of all we have too know that are 3 types of dehidration: - Isotonic: +/- equal loses in minerals and water - Hipotonic: lose more minerals than water - Hypertonic: lose more water than minerls Al of this proportional. So, if add more water than minerals u will get a hipotonic dehdration 'cause the amount of water are higher than minerals PS: sorry if my english is bad xd

I have to correct sam on this 1. Turbo beanies are ok for drift and drag. Not road racing nor circuit racing. Turbos and manifold can warp for lack of air flow. This can be found on the internet. He mentioned diesel truck and oem manufacturers but they use heat shields which allow air to flow and escape. It is not same as a turbo beanie. They use formed metal shields. The rest of the exhaust can be wrapped but heat shielding is always is still ideal. Heat management if important and i always mention the wastegate line being covered. Burn or melt a wastegate line and you will overboost and possibly lose an engine.

As someone that drank distilled water for a year i can say that i go the toilet aboit 80% less and drink less to as my body absorbs alot more of it, so my theory is after seeing what is left at the bottom of a distiller im guessing my body uses the water to help flush that stuff out and thats why i go the toilet alot more with tap water. But my only advice is if you do drink distilled water you have to eat proper to. Iv never felt better when drinking distilled water and eating good food. Also dont store for more than 2 weeks either, i use it when cooking to and in the kettle for brews.

The distilled water supposedly robs minerals from you're body and flushes them out which in turn will dehydrate you. And I'm sure someone has already explained better than me down in the comments below but I didn't read them yet lol.

You can drink distilled water. However, distilled water lacks electrolytes that the body needs. So to much distilled water could flush out electrolytes that your body already has. This could lead to cramping, and lack of coordination.
