Another reason why I chose AHA and Stefano as an advisor for my 18 yr old son. Hockey gets difficult the older a player gets. The more help you can get the better.

How does an advisor market a player? Do they make HL vids. Do they proctor official fitness tests to show teams?

Networking, HL videos, profile sharing, etc. once teams get interested then they will monitor the athlete throughout the season and stay in constant communication with the advisor.

Question, when trying to make a junior team, do you have to go to an ID camp first? Or is there other ways to be signed without going into a ID camp?

The best players will sign without a camp. Everyone else is from camp.
