I did 10 years in the hole in Pelican Bay. I escaped, though. Wes Watson just grabbed bars and bent them outwards until I could fit through. He was the ONLY guy in Cali on a Level 5 yard.

This is my 2nd watch not because of your prison themed Bideo. It's due to your positive energy and humble way of going about life. That appeals to me. But I found myself in a situation shortly after my 1st time watching and listening to this bideo. My homeboy just got out after what I will say is a 1/4 of our lives almost. We found ourselves reminiscing and I almost let the phrase "good ol days" fly out of my mouth. It made me understand how lucky I really am having a family and my freedom. Gracias for your time man,all of it. You aren't a prison channel you are more of an inspirational channel with a cautionary story.

Dubs advice from a friend: challenge yourself for three months to do two videos a day on the big channel. One prison-related and one non-prison-related. The two videos a day were the secret to success for many bodybuilding channels like Greg Doucette and More Plates More Dates. You can test it while seeing if you can expand your topics - but not mess your money up. Of course, it means more work, but the results could be you going to the next level. I really think you could be a Rogan-level podcaster. And that would be a win for all of us!

I was in the hole in chowchilla and it’s so fkn disrespectful,LOUD and just plain disgusting.one evening I was Standing at my door just listening to all the screaming and this co came to my door handing out mail we was chopping it up for 2 seconds and he said and I haven’t forgotten it he says ; you women are so much more disrespectful than the men… he said all this yelling and shit doesn’t go on in the men’s hole,he said it’s pretty damn quiet,🤷🏽‍♀️ idk if this was true but I sure can believe it! Love your channel @dubs. Id Love to hear any success stories you know. Like yours. We don’t need names. But maybe general and what they did to be successful against the odds. I did 10 years Maxing out of CYA, YTS. I’m fortunate. Been out over 20 plus years. I’d have a channel too if I didn’t own a small business where my image somewhat matters. My success came in the form of being able to make the right friends/acquaintances, keeping drama and politics to a bare minimum and being busy working outside the compa, and hitting the ground running with work, maintaining better relationships with family and new friends, school and keeping up with my fitness as soon as I came home. No down time. The old saying is, “idle time is the devil’s playground”. Not meaning to toot my horn. Just hoping you may have stories of folks you know who beat the odds. The world needs to hear more of those.

Yeah, I think your channel is much better when you keep it focused on yourself, on prison life, on adjustment to prison life, etc. There are sooooooooo many channels that start out strong and then turn into basically an opinion channel on news stories that are so voluminous and boring quite frankly. I think your own stories to talk about how things happen in the streets, your prison experience, etc. Your personal stories about yourself and the people you know are way more interesting than the mainstream news.
