Maybe the best picture quality I've ever seen of the original "Squares".

Nice clean old Quad videotape footage. Most of the tapes from the 1960s episodes are gone for good, unfortunately.

Especially introducing the contestants including 1 in which I have to agree with is that 1 contestant looks like Jerry Vale and interestingly enough, after Hollywood Squares got canceled the 2nd time, the show came back, but without Peter Marshall. Peter does get involved into jazz music.

Dennis James was an underrated host! When I saw "The New Price Is Right" in syndication in Chicago, he was the host. I loved his enthusiasm. He was also the host of "PDQ", the syndicated forerunner to NBC's "Baffle" (there's a clip of it on KZbin if you look around!).

Got to love it Charles Nelson Reilly I loved his commercials in the 1980s for Elmer's glue a very good actor who was on Hollywood squares and also the match game for many years and the remake in the 1990s can you play it on the Roseanne Barr show in the 1990s I felt sorry for him when he lost his toupee and fell off and they were making fun of him thank you for these reruns I grew up with game shows in the morning in the summertime it's a shame they took off all the good game shows let me have trash on early in the morning so I don't watch TV if I don't have to so thank you to the person that puts us on KZbin Isabel Sanford was also on the matching for a couple years from play Jefferson's she was an excellent role model for young women she loved to tell George Jefferson off I didn't know Michael Landon was on the show Hollywood squares Wisconsin remembers the good times on TV was excellent parents could sit down with their kids and watch television with them with no nudity or filth in the celebrities if they were out in the community they would sign their signature as autographed for free net wanting any money for their signature😊

It,s too bad I still to this day haven.t Peter Marshall the master of the Hollywood Squares which I don.t think will happen but I Thank God Peter is still hanging in there at 97 years old along with Bob Barker who.s 99 going on 💯 100.I.ve had a few dreams of me playing mock Hollywood Squares with Peter,Price Is Right with Bob & LMAD with the late Monty Hall (1921-2017).I think Peter Marshall would be very surprised if he knew that my b.day 4-12-1972 is the same as the late Kenny Williams (4-12-1914-2-1984).RIP MR.KENNY WILLIAMS & MONTY HALL.--RIP!!
