The way they treated Shelley Duvall, alone, made me simply adore this entire channel. ❤ Also, if I could spend every day in Hollywood, it would be at the Hollywood Forever. Rod Serling was not known for Sci-fi when first pitched. so a year before TTZ was aired . as networks and sponsors didn't like the scripts RS wrote. it started on the Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse . And instead of Rod Serling doing the intros it was Desi Arnaz who did the intros. (weird seeing Ricky Ricardo introduce a TZ episode.)"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to another Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse. Tonight, we’re going to see a story written by Rod Serling and starring William Bendix. Our story begins in a doctor’s office. A patient is sitting there. Another great video! I met Elizabeth Montgomery many years ago when I was performing in a show at Sea World called "City Streets" they were doing a benefit for the Old Globe Theater and I was fortunate to be one of the actors that was performing that night. I also saw both her and Dick Sargent when they were the Grand Marshalls for the 1992 L.A. Pride Parade. I have been a "Bewitched" fan all of my life, so much so I have a right arm tattoo of her on her broom, Malifecent is on my left arm, so I have good witch, bad witch. When you featured Farrah Fawcett I was very glad, it was sad that her death was overshadowed by Michael Jackson's death, they both died on the same day, June 25th, 2009. Thank you again for this wonderful video. And as always...unpleasant dreams.

I used to live in a small hill town called Crest, about a 5 minute drive from the community hospital where Heather O'Rourke first went the day of her sad passing. The hospital is long gone and in its place an empty field. I always thought of her when I drove through that area. Her "distinctly unusual" death is horrific and haunting.

There's a documentary on the way about her called Heather O'Rourke: She Was Here. It's been in the works for years & was looking for a distributor at Cannes this year so should release soon. They'll finally interview co-stars & family members remembering her, also put those absurd conspiracy theories that go around her death to rest I've heard too.

Cool vlog,. You are the new keeper of the Hollywood lore. Between 1977 and 1997 Spent many an hour in that cemetery to eat lunch, attending the Valentino memorial and once being docent for the walking tour. Lived on Bronson. Used to cut through the Beth Olam gate and exit on Santa Monica on my way home from work. Some family and friends are permanent residents too. Never knew about the obituary wall. Would love to see it. May have been in Ripley's twice with out of towners. Haven't been to the cemetery in maybe a decade. It doesn't call me anymore - much.🤨

Being a member of Generation Jones, 1954 to 1965, I remember everyone on that wall. Obv some, like Mae West, were before my time, but I grew up on I Love Lucy reruns and every sitcom from the 1960s on. I cried when I heard Elizabeth Montgomery passed away. Every boy from my time, gay or straight, had that famous poster of Farrah Fawcett on their bedroom wall. Remember the scene in Dr. T & the Women (2000) when she danced in a mall fountain? It was filmed here in Dallas, at NorthPark. Then there's Audrey Hepburn. I have Roman Holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany's and My Fair Lady on Blu-ray/4K UHD. Judy Garland. They don't call us friends of Dorothy for nothing. The Wizard of Oz, Meet Me in St. Louis, on disk as well. We watched Harvey Korman every week on the Carol Burnett show (have Blazing Saddles on disk). One of the best books I ever read was In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, a fixture on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Thanks for the memories. You two are some of KZbin's best creators.
