I built a 6x10 tilt trailer for my lawn mower that came out pretty good for only having the idea coming from looking 👀 at a friends tilt trailer and the rest coming out of my head. Oh yeah I only have about one hundred dollars into it I used steel that was going to be cast away from a job I worked on. The boss told me to put all of that crap in the dumpster. So I stayed after work and cleaned up the mess. Thanks boss.

Awesome job you can tell you take pride in your work. It's sad but very few people this day and time take pride in everything they do. 👊🏻💯

For recharging the trailer battery, would a connection to the towing vehicle work? You would need both a hot wire and a secure ground. With DC the longer the wire the higher the voltage loss, so probably that isn’t a good idea. Anyhow you have made a beautiful trailer!

Milli-inch huh? 😆 It's okay to say you get it spot-on down to the millimetre Excellent trailer bud, I'm envious of it as I'm scooting around youtube for trailer build ideas. Well done

This is impressive, I just wish you elaborate a little more on the design of the beaver tail. Im currently building a 24 foot and I would love to implement your design. Any words of wisdom would help a lot. Thanks. May God bless you and keep giving you more good ideas.

Nice video. Good information about how they are before Stockholm syndrome. From about 15:30 - well, a few minutes we can hear her crying and then yelling “no!, NO!”

And, you didn’t bat an eye, either. Bravo.

A great upgrade to help the tail lift way easier would be to use 1 gauge wires from the battery to the hydraulic motor should really help!! You could also use a 24 volt setup like a golf cart!! Great build though!!

Been watching this, absorbing the knowledge, but a couple of questions occur: 1. Tongue weight & distance from wheels. The tongue weight could be massive, &won't the trailer flex? All sorts of bad things happen when there's no wheel underneath the load... 2. Your trailer hitch looks pretty anemic for the loads you plan to carry. Not criticizing, just looking to understand.

Nice trailer could you tell me what the measurement is from the center of the front axle to the front of the deck the reason I'm asking is I have a gooseneck trailer that I want to convert to a bumper pull in my measurement will be 13 ft 2 in from the front of the trailer to the center of the front axle My overall length of my trailer is 22 foot I just don't want it to be too front heavy whenever I have to haul something heavy thank you

Just stumbled upon your video while searching other. I watched your build fully, i' m very impressed with your teaching and reaching your goal I learnt here how these work this, however you must have had your drawing and specs for your pre-planning etc. You have a very high skill level and right tools and equipment. Keep it up till next time. God bless!
