Presented by Crow Events and located on the Newcastle Town Moor, The Hoppings is bigger than ever this year, running from 16/06 to 25/06. With over 400 rides, attractions, stalls and games, this amazing fair really does have something for all of the family! We take you on a full tour of the opening night, showcasing every thrill ride that's there, as well as informing you of ride prices, and all relevant info you need. When they say “biggest fair in Europe” I think they go off the amount of attractions, this includes rides and game stalls ! Hull Fair says it’s the biggest in Europe as well and Funder Park claims to be the biggest travelling theme park when it’s clearly not lol the fairs in mainland Europe are much bigger like Oktoberfest, Düsseldorf and Cranger in Germany

I also went on the Friday opening day but when I returned a day later on Saturday evening I noticed that a lot of rides had actually put their prices up. Some had increased from £3 to £3.50p and some of the larger rides had jumped up from £5 to £6.

Just so you know you are right at 16:38 when you say The Hoppings is the longest as I think that too, but Hull Fair I think is the biggest in terms of rides and attractions which are scatted all around you rather than having them all lined up in a long line like The Hoppings has. :)
