Same. Especially if it's a international flight. I'll just have a protein type shake or crackers. Can't risk having a poop attack while waiting to board. Or when we are taking off. They won't let you use the bathroom until it levels out and it can take a while

Out of fear of something like this happening to me on a plane , I don't eat or drink anything at least 12hrs prior. Maybe water to stay hydrated but definitely not eating. Diarrhea on an international flight over international waters isn't fun

i recently flew from seoul to honolulu back in june... and we hit turbulence after flying past tokyo... we hit major turbulence... ppl were throwing up left and right... 2 ppl passed out near me... i luckily took motion sickness pills before i fly... turbulence lasted 2 hrs... ugh
