Hey all!
It's a new MBMBaM animation of Justin getting back at Travis for Work of Fart, at least 7 years before Work of Fart existed. This was such a good bit I didn't know existed until I heard it in MBMBaM's best of ep at the start of the year (Ep 591: Bro's Better, Bro's Best: Ch. 217 - 230) (Originally from Ep 218! Thanks Mark!)

The Meatus is actually a part of the body, it is "a passage or opening leading to the interior of the body." It is most often used about ears or the urethra. So, the phrase "you can get a full boot in that fleshy meatus" is very bad to hear and think about
