350ml warm water.
5 grams of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
350 grams of wheat flour.
50 grams of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
covered for 30 minutes.
Format 12 x 25 cm.
olive oil
covered for 20 minutes.
Bake at 230C/450F for 15 minutes.
Water.
Reduce heat and bake at 190C/370F for another 20-25 minutes.

100ml warm water.
100 ml warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
5 grams of dry yeast.
30ml sunflower oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
300 grams of wheat flour.
1 egg
sesame.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
❗3 recipes:
400 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
5 grams of dry yeast.
210 ml warm water.
Sunflower oil 30ml.
vegetable fat.
sunflower oil.
Milk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
❗4 Recipe:
1 glass of rice.
2 glasses of water.
100ml milk.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
6 grams of dry yeast.
We mix.
250 grams of wheat flour.
15 ml sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50-60 minutes.
❗5 Recipes:
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
90 ml warm milk.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
1 tablespoon dry yeast.
Sift 480g wheat flour.
1 yolk and 1 tbsp. l. Milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes.
