Monstrosity of the Lake is ideally supposed to be abused with cards like reanimate. Discard it with islandcycle to ramp and come turn 6 bring it back and lock the opponents' board long enough to summon Sauron.

How do you feel about command beacon in this deck? As well as Lord Xander the Collector as a reanimator target?

Love the adds! So many options to add in reanimator. Maybe add a few more reanimating effects such as persist, necromancy, et cetera. Probably out of the budget. Hull break horror and gintaxis progress tyrant / core augur Lab stitcher or necromancer apprentice can reanimate on self sac… lots of goodness to play around with!

@@BradofEarthChannel2 depends how far you want to go from the design. Vile entomber has a built in entomb mechanic, phyrexian reclaimer? It has a built in reanimate effect on etb… dance of the dead, maybe spell seeker to find your reanimate or buried alive. Lots of cool things you could do in these colors
