In New Jersey it's illegal to pump your own gas. And it was last year when Oregon finally permitted self serve fueling. Under the the American's with disabilities act gas stations have to provide full service to ppl that request it.

and it's shockingly ahead of its time. It has highly positive messages about queer people and it's sensitive towards those topics too. it also has a wonderful storyline about strong female friendships. I really wish this movie was more appreciated as one of the best comedies of the y2k era.

This was my ex-wife's and my favorite movie to watch and chill to. She fell in love with Rachel McAdams (her first time seeing her) and I still believe this is Rob Schneider's best movie (not my first time seeing him). I mention all of this backstory because... Since our divorce 14 years ago, I have not watched this movie even tho I own it on DVD. Too many memories. I love watching you guys react, so you watching this as a couple may inspire me to watch it again. Maybe. I am hoping. It is a very good comedy.

I’m so happy cuz I grew up with this movie. I loved it so much. I’m glad one of my favorite channels is actually watching this. One of me and my brothers favorite scenes is when Rob is dancing down the stairs in the club going to get drinks. It cracks us up each time. He’s so great in this movie ❤❤

I come from Australia and we went fully self-serve in gas stations decades ago. Surprise to read in the comments that some parts of the US still don't have self-serve. Freaky with Vince Vaughn is a horror take on Freaky Friday. Has some similar vibes to Hot Chick but also a different take on these types of movies.

15:04 a lotta bars where I live have the older troughs like the one in the movie. Some don’t have water to flush so they put the ice to help rinse it down & cut back on the odor. As it melts they replace it; yes.

Crazy how their is more of a plot and character progression in this film then a lot of stuff that is coming out these days. They might not be a blockbuster hits or have award winning performances, but Adam Sandler and those guy make decent movies with a decent messages behind them. Yeah it can be a bit corny and cheesy, but that's their charm. Where movies now are constantly shoving "the message" down your throat through out the entire film.

The ice has 2 main reasons, first it's to force as men to try to melt it with out stream, which stops us from peing all over the place, and second, it cools down the urinal stink ( cold air more dense then warm, so it stays in the drain sorta) and together with the melted ice, flows down the drain faster.
