Enjoyed the tour. A couple things, prices during the rally were way too much... price gouging like everyone else. I don’t patronize places that gouge because that’s what the temporary market will bear. Heard coffee shop mentioned. Is there an actual coffee shop aka restaurant or just that Starbucks coffee bar? Does it have an elevator? Needs comfortable lounge furniture on ground floor. Where’s parking and is there a cost? Since he owns Oasis he should buy Gold Pan Pizza which is for sale and have a proper restaurant with complimentary continental or full breakfast for guests.
