Yes the drugs played a huge role and Nick was an enabler. Nick killed her tho. I believe he and the roommate that found her(who is now also dead) killed her. The roommate's girlfriend was there in the master bedroom and she said she heard struggling. Afterwards, Nick came in the bedroom she was in, wearing different clothes. He laid with his head on her ankles and said something in the line of "I want a while girl like you now". She needed to be with her dad in this moment but he was busy with his new family. BK wasn't too fond of her stepmother either since she was the woman that her dad cheated on Withney with. It was such a messed up situation after Whitney died. They should have let her grieve in her own way, get her some kind of therapy and also keep an eye on Nick. We can all he he didn't care about her well-being. He was also young and lost. Pat failed her by putting her into this show only 3 months after her mom's passing. She wasn't ready for this. But money talks in Hollywood. 😔

I was an only child..my mother was 41 and my father 46 when I was born. They were married 11 years before I was born...my father literally worshipped me....I had a FANTASTIC childhood...I'm a true believer that you go out into the world and DO what you had done/shown to you. My parents were sweet, precious role models for me. They very rarely busted my behind....but...it taught me respect. In college, I was STILL saying, "Yes ma'am" or "No ma'am" and "Yes Sir" and "No Sir.". Respect is such a valuable character trait to have...and the younger you are, the more important it becomes!" Not an easy job being a parent and a loving Auntie. I don't get into the lives of the celebrities, I have my own life and their butter don't bake my bread. People seem to hate Pat but what I see, she seems to be the one with some sense. Seems like everything she was doing was for the family. Someone had to be strong and have a level head. She can say she honestly tried. She was put in a position where she had to fix what Whitney and Bobby broke and this bratty, dependent child was a product of Whitney and Bobby's poor parenting. Krissi and Nick end up getting kicked out due to noise disturbances. There are episodes (that are now deleted off KZbin) where Ray tries to talk to Krissi about getting her life together but it was up to Krissi. Ray even tried to talk to Pat but all she said was “you and Gary need to stay out women’s business”. Ray even called Bobby’s brother Tommy and they met up at a restaurant to talk about getting Bobbi Kris and Bobby to meet up. And lastly, Ray had talked to Nick plenty of times on this show about Krissi, just to see how she was doing and gave advice to them. Ray tried everything but could only do so much. You gotta give him props for that at least.

The fact that the family, including Gary even had her on this show THREE months after losing her mom was disgusting in the first place. Let’s start there. Nothing after that was genuine to me. All they did was sit around talking like it was abnormal for her to still be grieving her mom after three freaking months. If he truly wanted to help her he would have pushed her to be in therapy and drug rehabilitation. Not one intervention was had that I saw. She was high on every episode and they did nothing to help actually help her heal properly. Her dad wasn’t around but he was. He was right in the same complex as her but it made no difference. Those bs conversations he had with Nick and her uncle were for the show in my opinion. He didn’t stand on no business. He was all talk. She didn’t stand a chance with the environment she was placed in smh

The poor girl couldn’t even grieve in peace. And Nick wasn’t no better. He waited till Whitney’s death to tell Krissi how much he “loved her”. But in reality all he loved was that 20 mil coming to her. Just like the rest of the family. I still stand on my word about Ray but you’re right. Majority of The family is money hungry and Krissi was surrounded by snakes. And what’s even sadder was that Whitney would never know. Her worst mistake was bringing Nick into that household.

Whitney and Krissy’s biggest issues were actually the Houston’s especially that Pat. Although Whitney may have trusted her, there’s no doubt in my mind that Pat was insanely jealous of Whitney’s success and fortune. She was a cash cow for the Houston’s and they continue to monetarily benefit off her death while masking their insincerity with ploys to keep her legacy alive be.
