My mate invented a render spraying machine that could be operated with one man. I'm sure it could be modified slightly and used for this. When I build my home I'm going to use spray hemp. I'd like to build a dome but they're hard to get council approval.

These machines were actually modified render machines originally. They're made in france specifically for hempcrete now. It is possible (and has been done) to operate this with one man but would be slow going. Hemp domes are complicated because of waterproofing issues, the lime render isn't good enough at protecting it, on the non vertical sides and could damage the hempcrete in places without it being obvious. They haven't been tested long enough to prove they work yet.

Hi, that's not really viable to ship a unit all the way there, it would put a machine out of action for too long. It would probably be cheaper for you to travel to UK and learn here on the job. About how expensive is the Hempcrete sprayer with all the other parts?

Hi, this system came from France and is about 37k Euros. It's one of the best available at the moment, and there are cheaper versions but they operate a bit differently.
