"I CAN tell you" is an admission of deception. he uses this phrase a lot. I can tell you implies there exists some information related to whatever we're discussing and there is information I cannot/will not tell you and information I can/will tell you

There are a lot of things that I do believe but I question some of the "I don't recollects" or "I don't knows" simply because Howard is obviously a very intelligent man. He's remembering dates of things that happened 6 or 7 years ago but he's not remembering damaging conversations or emails that you would think you'd remember every detail

"i can tell you" "i have no recollection". sounds like he obviously has been adviced by an attorney what "he can tell" to the interviewer and what better not to remember. why would he use the phrase "i can tell you"? it makes no sense unless there's something he knows but CAN'T tell him. why else would he use that phrase so often? let's just point out the obvious the he's hiding something here.

And where are all the BIG questions? Where are the 400 Billion Dollars of PECULATED player deposits? I remember a pokernews from 21st Sept 2011 and I looked it up. It says Ray Bitar took $41Billion, Lederer $42Billion, Rafe Furst $11Billion and Ferguson more then $100Billion of player deposits! Where IS this money?! They do NOT have to pay it back ?! Lederer says nothing about this! What shame! Oh jeah he paid back $700K.....great! That helps!

Plausible deniability is a term coined by the CIA during the Kennedy administration to describe the withholding of information from senior officials in order to protect them from repercussions in the event that illegal or unpopular activities by the CIA became public knowledge.... This whole interview seems to try and set plausible deniability up. Fact is there was a delay of deposits but some of these DID get charged through some pay processor 6-8 weeks from feb 1.

"explaining" backlog... so just how and where and whom and why could not such deposits be processed... he then continues the obvious deceipt by saying well we couldnt process the payment, yet they could "play" for the 200, and as such create this 'backlog' .. read this woudl never be accepted by a company, but they did.. why, because they leveraged their own 'imaginary' money aginst acual people's money, knowing they win it by cheating. They took so much though, others couldnt withdraw

Why several hours of interviews? Why not just one 1-hour (or less) interview that asks all the important questions? And/or one edited or summarizing everything by someone knowledgeable? I always liked Howard, but he doesn't seem too honest & forthcoming here. Still haven't gotten my $$ back btw.

This interviewer is horrible. Mostly yes/no questions instead of what's suppose to be open-ended questions to give Lederer a chance to hang himself. What happens is Lederer isn't going to commit to a simple yes/no. Lederer answers almost none of the questions straight up and rephrases what the interviewer asks, effectively not answering the right questions.
