This video provides a very brief overview of the HP DesignJet T1600 printer range.
The T1600 36 inch (A0) printer is ideal if you have mid-high print volumes and/or require PostScript capability and print mainly technical drawings.
The printer has large ink cartridges at a low cost per copy and also offers an integrated stacker which neatly stacks A1 and A0 prints of any orientation at the back of the printer. Simply lean forward and lift the prints out. This option saves the operator time having to walk to/from the media bin to collect printouts each time during busy print runs, but it's worth taking measurements to ensure that it will fit through your door/in your office space, because the printer is a lot deeper than others, in order to accommodate this function. Note: you can unscrew the stacker and fold it forward when moving the printer around.
This printer is also ideal for wheelchair users as it can be operated easily from a seated position as the printer is physically lower than earlier models.
The printer is fast, with a large 256 GB memory PLUS an added 500 GB self-encrypted hard disk.
