I have the same comment lol, but from the looks of it, the video shows it's a bar hinge, so it's a long hinge, but I don't know, laptop brands has a reputation of being cheap on hinges except Macbook and Alienwear or some gaming laptop I forgot.

Did you say that the laptop goes into hibernation when Windows Hello detects that you go away from the computer? BUT I don't want that!!! If I render an mp4 video file and leave the computer working while I walk off to take an espresso, I want the screen to lock, yes, but I don't want the computer to hibernate!!! I want it to keep on working with a locked screen, until the job is finished!! Reason for my question above: my current HP (Elitebook) Dragonfly G3 does exactly this -- goes into hybernation or closes down when I leave the laptop. I just want Windows Hello to lock the screen. Then I want the power settings to decide whether to close down or not. I do not want Windows Hello to override the power settings -- which appears to be what happens with my Dragonfly G3.

Just go to your power settings, it's literally an icon in the taskbar on windows.

Perhaps I was not clear: (i) In the "Screen, sleep, & hibernate timeouts" menu of Windows, I have set my laptop to (a) never turn off the screen and (b) never make my device sleep when Plugged in, and (c) turn off screen after 3 min, (d) make my device sleep after 2 hours when On Battery. (ii) When I run my laptop *plugged in*, the laptop is *still* put to sleep more or less as soon as Windows Hello locks the screen.

Don't buy this laptop, there are better alternatives for a lower price. - a bad display with 2.2k IPS panel and 60 HZ, but at least with multitouch functionality (considering the price) - the keyboard is quite loud, not nice to type and the small enter key is also annoying for me personally - The laptop has really bad speakers. - the battery life is decent - the performance of the amd ai processor is very good - High price for a laptop of this quality (EU pricing - 1.7k euro)

This laptop is a disappointment. I regret very much to have bought it. As a product to replace Spectre, it doesn’t live up to the expectation. Its overall performance is appalling when compared with Spectre, but more or less at the same price range. My advice is, don’t buy it !!

Looked at this laptop at Best Buy. It has a pretty boring design, should have a haptic touchpad and a slightly better screen for the price. Giant top and bottom bezels. Also comes with a ton on HP crap loaded on it. Wish this wasn't a sponsored video by HP/AMD and was more of a review.
