The Hu: Technically superior, outstanding musicianship, incredible stage presence, fantastic showmen! What a fun band and incredible ambassadors of their native homeland, Mongolia. The Hu has managed to bridge a generational age gap that some bands spend a lifetime trying to achieve. Hopefully one day, they can come to Washington State. If offered, I would be the first in line to buy VIP tickets!

I think I am the only Filipina at 58 who listens to The Hu. I like the meanings of their songs (when translated). The lyrics talks about about their history, customs, traditions, beliefs and everything about being Mongols. I find the lyrics of their songs to be like the lyrics of the traditional chants of my indigenous roots. We also have the mouth harp that they are using.
