Throat singing uses the false folds in your throat, so both women and men can do it. It doesn't necessarily sound different based on gender, but just individual differences.

i'm pretty sure there is only one place can be called as a city in mongolia and that's the capital. i've been there about 15 years ago and half of the city was surrounded by yurts. so yeah, most of mongolia is cool loking landscapes, only a little part of it soviet concrete.
