I am DECEASED at whatever happened with the train car thing. Do you have a guide for that?

unfortunately no guide , it's one of those tricks that works very randomly - both the squeeze and the glitch itself can happen instantly , or it can take several minutes ... and the outcome can vary dramatically (softlock is the most likely outcome , like exploding blob or upside down cart , etc) ...
