Judge Stevens put everything off to a different date so the owners could file whatever paperwork they were supposed to file last week. However, the dog did bite someone from the animal control center. The dog was issued a reprieve for now.

I don't think he asked any unreasonable questions, he was polite and respectful to the judge and the court so I don't think the judge really had any grounds to cut his appearance short. As for your last point is it really any difference to being stuck behind that individual with a pile of EBay packages at the post office or the individual going through their various accounts at the bank with the teller?
