hi sir this session was osm and ans of hw = because light traveled largest distance so VIBGYO are scattered so we see sun Red when sunrise and sunset my name is Gaurav
@HARLEENKAUR-xs7dd4 жыл бұрын
Hw ans Because the sun is low on the horizon, sunlight passes through more air at sunset and sunrise than during the day, when the sun is higher in the sky. More atmosphere means more molecules to scatter the violet and blue light away from your eyes. ... This is why sunsets are often yellow, orange, and red. Sir i loved the session and lots of respect to you😁 Sir i feel very difficulty to remember wavelength concept😣
@mokshita90314 жыл бұрын
Hw (name disha)During sunrise and sunset, the rays have to travel a larger part of the atmosphere because they are very close to the horizon. Therefore, light other than red is mostly scattered away. Most of the red light, which is the least scattered, enters our eyes. Hence, the sun and the sky appear red. Best joke( milk of only cow)

Within the visible range of light, red light waves are scattered the least by atmospheric gas molecules. So at sunrise and sunset, when the sunlight travels a long path through the atmosphere to reach our eyes, the blue light has been mostly removed, leaving mostly red and yellow light remaining.

Sir the session was amazing!!!! 1like,1 pray😂😂. H.w.: During sunrise and sunset the distance between the earth's surface and the sun is the highest as it's located at the last position that's visible to us. So all colours that are voilet,indigo,blue,green and yellow are completely scattered before sunlight reaches our eyes, orange is also scattered but is visible very less and then red light is the one that is scattered at last and thus it's the final light that reaches our eyes, so the sky appears orange and moreover red during sunset and sunrise.. Sir, mazedar session tha. Doubt: sir scattering of light(Tyndall effect) aur splitting of light(dispersion), difference ek Baar phir se explain krdo. this is due to the phenomena of scattering of light. As red light scatters the least it can travel long distance so during sunrise and sunset. other lights may fade due to passing from the layers of atmosphere as they have shorter wavelength.

Loved The Session Sir.... AND I WISH A HIFI FROM YOU SIR✋ ! Home work answer: During sunrise and sunset, the sun and sky appears red in colour because, the light rays comming from the Sun passes through thicker layers of air in the atmosphere, therefore passes through a larger distance before reaching our eyes. At the horizon, the blue, violet, indigo light rays which are of shorter wavelengths are scattered away by the particles present in the atmosphere. Therefore, the light colour that reaches our eyes is of shorter wavelengths, like red and orange which is the reason for the reddish appearance of the sun and the sky during sunrise and sunset.

Homework answer- As we know that light distance is maximum during morning and evening. So distance is proportional to scattering of light and inversely proportional to intensity of light. This leads to the maximum scattering of light in every colour. Great people are watching it in 2021😂 Loved a session a lot

Sun appears reddish at the time of sunrise and sunset because at that particular time the light rays coming from the sun travels the longest path as compared to usual ,as they travel the longest path the scattering of light reaches to red colour...like as the sky appears blue because violet and indigo has already scattered and at the last when blue got the turn to scatter it reaches our eyes similarly when their is more distance of light their will be more scattering of light too...... thus the sky appears reddish at the time of sunrise and sunset 🌻🌻

The sun is present near the horizon so the sunlight has to cover more distance and due to this increased distance, light has to interact with more air and dust particles. As we know, short wavelength light interacts with more air and dust particles. More the interaction, more will be scattering. So all the light with shorter wavelength are filtered out and only the larger wavelength light able to reach our eyes. That's why the sky appear red during the sunrise and sunset. Really adore the session a lot...❤

Good evening sir Homework :Near the horizon sunlight passes through thicker layers of air having larger particles that scatter light of longer wavelength such as the red end of the spectrum. Also it travels larger distance at horizon before reaching the earth. However, light from the Sun overhead travels relatively shorter distance. At noon, the Sun appears white as only a little of the blue color is scattered whereas, near the horizon, most of the light of shorter wavelength at the blue end of the spectrum are scattered away by the small particles of the atmosphere. Therefore, the light that reaches our eyes is of longer wavelength which gives rise to the reddish appearance of the Sun I loved the session so much ...no doubts

Hw ans During the day the sun is near the horizon,sunlight passes through more air at sunset and sunrise Therefore the light that reaches our eyes is of longer wavelengths this gives rise to the reddish appearance Loved the session

The sunset and sunrise sometimes seems to be red because the light from sun passes through the different layers of atmosphere and the violent , indigo , blue , green etc have less wave length so they scatters more and red has more wave length scatters less and reaches our eye.

Good evening sir Answer as per your hint : As light travels maximum distance during sunset and sunrise so the prominent colors of white light scatters more , the lastly colour which remain partially scattered are orange and red . as red colour is least scattered so we are able to see sky as red in colour bt actually it is the mixture of, orange and red Session was amazing No doubts Thank you sir ☺

During sunrise the light rays coming from the sun have to travel a greater distance in earth's atmosphere before reaching our eyes since blue color has shorter wavelength and red color has longer wavelength so the red color is able to reach our eyes after the atmospheric scattering of ligh
