Omg I legit would have been upset if you didn't mention Nasubi despite talking about the other Susunu! Denpa Sonen shows. 55:35 Looks like the technicality was that his court documents couldn't be released to the Japanese authorities since the charges were dropped in France so he technically didn't have a case against him in Japan. Also apparently his dad was rich and influential and he was sent to a facility his dad owned.

Some people say it stands for the 88 precepts by david lane (a political paper) and others say it stands for HH (heilhitler), H being the 8th letter of the alphabet. The far right is comprised of a ton of groups mashed together, so it's one of those 'but we did it first' things where no one's 100 percent sure.
